Beauty! But check out that break angle, should probably figure in the price of a neck reset...

Maybe Steffan, but the frets have been leveled also, and does that bridge look thin? I'd be careful with this one.

Probably needs a bit of work, but that guitar looks loved, lived in, and taken care of from the historic early days of Guild...Sure wish I still had my 65 D50 braz. Ordered sight unseen at the time, and I've never been less disappointed in any purchase since.....It was stunning... :D Steffan

Pike, I traded it for a D40 and cash to another musician friend of mine who 'had' to have it......man, if I took a close look in the mirror, I could have seen what dumb really looked like... Steffan, and thinking about it...it was in 65 when I got it...so it might have even been a 64 model.

No, long gone, but my current guitars include 77 F50R and 80 F512 R, a Corona all mahogany D25, a 74 F112, and possibly a Corona D40, before too long. I had 2 guilds when I joined this forum...I'm also a sucker for the Larrivees, and played a 12 string not long ago...lovely in every way. I guess this is a description of my retirement plan.  Steffan
