The neck block had shifted at one point. It’s a cool rarity but I don’t know if it’s enough to command a premium especially given the repairs on it.

Yep, and somewhere along the way it lost the $200+ LR Baggs Anthem SL, my personal favorite pickup.

I bought a used 1974 G-212 about 1982. I got it for the unbelievable price of $300. I loved it and had it for several years. It now resides with one of my nephews and it still sounds good. I wouldn't mind having another, but that one is a bit pricey. Nice 12 strings though.
