I remember going to the neighbor's house as a kid with my dad. My dad was an engineer so would often help the neighbors with technical stuff. I have a vivid memory of my dad's reaction when he opened the neighbor's fusebox and found pennies where the fuses were supposed to be.

It wasn’t an actual question. But yes, it’s for linking breakers like you would for a stove in order to make a two-pole breaker.
