That's really surreal, Tom. I wonder what the Q-tip trees that appear to be completely enshrouded in snow are? And, given the way they are, why aren't they buried entirely in snow? Think the picture is real?

I'm sure it's a combo of snow, wind, and severe cold. I think it's real. But I've been wrong before. Just that one time, but still.....

Looks cool but I think it’s fake based on the fact there are no tree wells. In my experience snow doesn’t pile up on the tree trunks like you see, but rather melts away from the trunk causing a ring like depression. In fact people die every year falling in them while skiing the trees.

I agree, IMO it's either a painting or a computer generated image. There is no hint of detail of the farthest trees from the point of view.

But it is, nonetheless, beautiful.
