Thanks Joe, quite the stylist. He has been highly recommended to me by a sound engineer friend. Have not heard him live yet, did see his father in the Village a half century or so ago.

He spent some time between numbers talking about growing up in that magical place and of all the musical giants he knew when he was just a kid.

I haven't really kept up with Bibb, but I got one of his CDs as a stocking stuffer while I was in college and still love it. Seems to me that he's one of just a handful of bluesmen who really have something to add to the vernacular and still make it sound like blues.

Good stuff. Thanks for posting that video!
