My '70 D-25 has frets that are .035" tall. They are a little short for me. Has that been the Guild standard over all-time? Just in Westerly? I cannot even find the current fret specs on the Guild site.

NEVER seen fret specs for Guild. Have seen recent comments that mid-70's (IIRC) flattops actually had ultra-low and wide frets which were quite popular at the time, for bends.

For the electrics, they list for frets: "22, narrow jumbo", for for acoustics, it just lets you know there are 20 of them!
