+3 for another D25 Arch back - one to match my 20th anniversary version: all mahogany, but this time in nearly opaque black stain with a carbon fiber pick guard. And black tuners that are shaped like a Guild headstock. Dream big!

I certainly wouldn't mind seeing a 70th Anniversary Guild, but I suspect that CMG will hold the big guns for the 75th. I suspect that if they do something for the 70th, it will be along the lines of what they've been doing with the recent GSRs: a currently-offered model with different appointments and finish. And I doubt I'd buy that.

I'd like something short scale in an orchestra size like the Paul Simon one, or a smaller jumbo like they've had in the past. I don't know all their past model names.

In more practical terms, I'd love to see the original F-body shape return (F-30 and F-47 would be a good start). That would be do-able and the guitar would likely sit in the same price range as current models.

My thoughts are similar. Bring back the F30 and bring back the Valencia, although I don't know what the model is now that the F40 is a jumbo.

I love the original spec F20 idea, which led me to the idea of doing a special run of a model for each decade.

For starters . . .

50s - F20 - Original Specs
60s - F47
79s - D25 arch back
80s - One of the Gruhn Models (the F44 being my first pick)
90s - DV52

Free Let's Talk Guild Forum Member T-shirts! 😃
<veer>There were some shirts in the pre-GAD days. I suspect if someone came up with a design and identified a print on demand vendor @GAD would allow them to be advertised on LTG with some kind of "official" endorsement. But the "free" is the hard part. :)

F-112 but with a short scale. Rosewood back and sides could be nice too. Adi top.

I love my 65 F 212 over my other 12s--size is a big factor. I was about to post the F 312 request and then saw HeyMikey's. Besides a standard F 312 why not one in maple? And lets have an Aristocrat tenor again while asking for the improbable...

A run of blonde F-612s with stripey maple necks. Might have to be made in China though, so we can afford them, and bundled with a floor stand, so we can play them without strain.

Love and light to all. But . . . I do not want to celebrate the 70th anniversary of one of America's most storied guitar companies, with an import instrument.

3-tone-burst, flame maple M85-II (Bi-Sonics).

I'm sure they'll get right on it...

If we’re talking twelve strings then bring back the F312.
They'd have to bring those 16" F-body bucks back from the Twilight Zone, first.

There's no 16" F-body in the lineup anymore and it vexes me greatly.
