Nice brood! That DC5 looks like it's a keeper, and man that T5 is sweet-looking!

Hey Jeff,

If you think about it and happen to have a camera handy, sometime post a picture or send me a private message with a few pictures of the DV-62. I'd love to see that thing in detail. Again, I know your busy, but if you get the time.

Thanks,
West

Better yet, I'll put a couple shots in here. I think there is a limit to the # of photo's you can post in one msg.

There is some kind of limitation on photo's, I posted 4 images & only 3 are displayed,, the 4th is off to the side & not viewable.

Man, that's a beaut Jeffrey. I'll bet that baby sounds nice. Hard to be a Westerly rosewood dred!

Thanks very much,
West

Very, very nice, Jeff.

Now, I have a question. Apart from my Guilds, I've never seen any "in the flesh". Is the back/sides of that guitar "super" glossy ? Looks to me that they may not be.
The reason that I ask, is that the one thing I certainly did not like about my (Corona) F47 RCE was the "super glossy" back and sides. It had a rather lovely rosewood back, but with all that lacquer on it, it may as well have been a piece of formica !! And that's exactly what I always thought it resembled.
On the other hand, I like the satin finish on the two F4's I've had.

Nahh, Coastie, both the dreadnaughts are NT HG's They have the formica look you are talking about, most prominent on the DC5.

Probably the difference in the pictures between mine and the one you had is mine are play worn & some of the sheen is gone. The also came with a few pick scratches.

I don't mind "em that way as long as everything else is straight cuz I don't notice the damage I do as much.

Try as I may stuff happens.
