Hi everyone I'm not sure if this the right thread but I'm having trouble with the guild shop website
I ordered some replacement parts and entered my address and payment info
And some error occured saying try again with different payment method the problem that the full amount of check out has already been withdrawn from my card
I tried "contact us" but its unresponsive if someone could help me with their email or costumer service WhatsApp
I'll be thankful for any info

Unfortunately we can’t help you as we have no direct relationship with GuildGuitars.com. Try calling them. I’ve called them a couple of times but that was pre-Covid.
