Guitar tuners. How accurate are they ?

I am from the old school. I use my phone to call other people. I have learned to take pictures with it. I do like the calculator. It plays no music, tunes no guitars, does not get used as an RTA or SPL device though I have seen it done. I would be just as happy if my phone was wired to the wall with a cord hanging from the receiver. And heaven forbid you would have to leave it at home when you went anywhere.

Pro tip: there's a local phone number you can call to get the current time and temperature.

Calling people is the one thing I don't do with my smartphone (or "pocket tablet" as a friend refers to 'em) unless totally necessary. I've always disliked phones…talking to disembodied voices is IMO just weird. But with a smartphone I can text or Skype/Facetime, so that's what I do instead! No one who knows me well ever calls me.
