Help with Madeira EG-250 Wiring

Hi all

New member here. Helping a friend restore a ES-250. This the dual humbucker with a phase and coil split toggles, 2 vol, 2 tone. I’ve got most of the circuit working however I’m having trouble with the neck PU and one of the toggles. Already fixed grounds and shorts but I can’t seem to find the issue or whatever somebody did to this wiring. FWIW, the neck pu is a two conductor plus ground and bridge pu is a three conductor plus ground.

If someone has a diagram of the circuit or a few pictures of the actual circuit…..I would appreciate it.

No idea about that exact guitar, but from your description the layout and pickups sound like they're similar to HB1s and this is how Guild wired those (with some variation across models):
