I have a Guild12-string SB112. I have been using it in a prison ministry for 23 years and the years have taken its toll. The machine heads are about shot. I have to tune one string with a pair of pliers. I need to locate some Guild brand machine heads. I have had no success yet. Any suggestions?

Welcome! At one time there were some members with some of those six-on-a-side tuners stashed. I'd try an ad in the WTB section. They come up from time to time on eBay, also.

Welcome to LTG land. I just changed the tuners on my F-212. The same style 6 on a plate should fit your F-112. See thread here.

You could also take my old tuners and possibly cobble together one good set from your tuners and mine. If that appeals PM me and I'll send my old set to you for just the cost of shipping.

I can second the Golden Age Restoration tuners. I had a set installed on my D12-20 after I bought it for purely cosmetic reasons, there was nothing wrong with the old Waverlys. I would say both sets are about the same in ease of use and ability to hold the tuning.
