Hotel California trial OVER as judge slams 'misleading' Don Henley
The case in New York was dismissed following a trial which lasted a week and a half after 6,000 pages of new evidence contradicted the testimony of Henley and his lawyers.

Totally agree Tom. I always thought that Henley was pretty hard to like, but when I saw a pile of cease and desist letters from Frey's lawyers at a friends recoding studio, I realized that he might have been even worse. And if I never hear that song again, it would be just fine.
