Has this been asked before? Probably, it seems like a topic that might come up often. How many do you have? I have three, a Guild D-20, a Taylor Mini, and a Gretsch Streamliner. Nothing on the horizon for now.

I have 5 right now, down from 6. But Don has 4 so the household total comes to 9. They sit in the atrium where the temp and humidity are controlled. I'm sure you've seen this photo before.

By my count you have one. I count Guilds.
I have five, here's what I have in the house.

How many what, exactly? Most of us have a Guild count field in our profiles seen on every post if you use a desktop browser. Do you mean just acoustics since we’re in the Acoustics forum?

Yes, I guess it wasn't clear enough. I thought perhaps my original post might be an example, but evidently it wasn't. Simply, how many acoustic guitars do people here own regardless of brand, model, or size? If you happen to own an electric and you want to mention it as well, I think that would be perfectly fine. Thanks.

I was just having a little fun. It’s possible that I’m excessively brand loyal. I have guild acoustics and reverend electrics and the odd beater.
I have a 60s Tarada (don’t hold me to that spelling) in the closet. It’s not inspiring to play but it’s got Brazilian back and sides so I hang on to it.

Now we have to define "acoustic" . . .

I usually call my two Songbirds Plank-Acoustics - since the body is carved of one solid glued plank.

BUT - them included - 9 🎸 + 2 "junks" - el cheapos, that serve as testing units for weird - ( technically, that is . . . ) purposes.

For some reason I clump my hollowbody in with the acoustics. I think because I consider myself an acoustic guitar player, but I play outdoors on occasion and instead of putting a pickup into my D-20, I bought the Streamliner for those times we are playing a festival on a low boy trailer for a stage, plugged in and fighting the wind.

Time for you to upgrade, not add. Yes, it is a financial commitment. You can look in the classifieds for a D 25, or 35 or 40. This is where liking Guilds is to your advantage. Budget $1200 or so, plus or minus. You'd have to add at least $500 to get a Martin D or 000 18. Try a few D 15s too. Great choice if you like the tone.

Don't buy another sub $1k guitar.

I have an F50 and a D15 and actually prefer the D15 tone. The F50 has it's charms but if I'm playing on my own the D15 sounds like me. (I am assuming that's a good thing.)

I have 25 acoustic guitars. All but two are Guilds.
