Well, I finally got the F-20 we had been discussing in this thread:http://www.letstalkguild.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=401
I am quite excited about the new arrival, it is a real beauty!
Sadly, someone once went berserk with a flat pick at one point (much to my uncle's chagrin) and the pickguard and some of the area surrounding the sound hole has quite a bit of (for a lack of a better term) 'pick scuff'. However, the scuffing looks superficial and appears to only go into the varnish and not the wood itself.
Is there some way that this can be removed? I tried my Dunlop 65 guitar polish, but it only made the guitar shinier. I am wondering if there is some mild abrasive compound.
Thanks in advance for any help!
