West, I laughed when I saw and ad on tv about 'just a drop'......Its in a little bottle that you can carry in pocket or purse, put one drop in the toilet before 'going' and it elimintes odors.........probably not a good birthday gift or Christmas stocking stuffer.   Steffan

It wouldn't have anything to do with this link, would it Al? Steffan
I've made a mid-summer's resolution to try to keep the veers from going off the road. Maybe a little tire squealing but that's all. I've seen that Discovery Channel show, and I'm shocked, shocked I say, to learn that all the tired old stereotypes have some basis in fact!. Personally I like things to be fairly equally proportioned. Like all the little cups at a chinese banquet.
OK back on track....
Thanks 204084 for that great Towner link! :D

Welcome 20~!
As West says, you should consider bringing that 50 to Arlington in October.
what's happening in October in Arlington? dates please.

Will be the third or is it the fourth LTG Jam at the Arlington Texas guitar show in October. Biggest guitar show on earth, LTG jam hosted by some special Texas members.

Search the forum for Arlington 2009 there's much more but try this link for starters.

Highlights include fearless leader, Don, getting down on Keb Mo.

This will be the 4th year of our Arlington Convention "2". As many LTG members as we can get together go to Arlington for the Arlington Guitar Show. Most of us stay at the Arlington Sheraton which basically adjoins the Arlington Convention Center and makes it very handy to attend the show.

On Friday night, Saturday day and Sunday we go see sights in the area, either in Dallas or Fort Worth. Then on Saturday night, we lease a cabin out by the swimming pool and jam. It a great time to get to know one another, check out the largest show in the world, see and play some great Guilds and some sights. You being a Texas boy might really enjoy that. Here's a couple of links that might help.

And if you search "Arlington", "Yacht Club" or any similar threads, you can find a wealth of information and pictures from past Arlington LTG get togethers there. An example.........

The last link I posted even has a good bit of audio recorded by the guys during one of the Arlington get togethers. I've just gone back and reread most of that thread and my gosh it brought back some fabulous memories.

On the pictures, you might try Photobucket as your host, that's what I use anyway. Sign on to Photobucket, place your pictures in a file (I put mine in "My Documents") on your computer, then go to Photobucket and retrieve your file to upload your picture by clicking on "upload". Then, copy and paste your pictures from Photobucket to the post you choose here at LTG by copying and pasting the last link on your desired picture. The other 3 links under your picture are used for various other things, like making an amail attachment.....but the bottom link will allow you to post a picture here.

Personally I like that kind of gritty detail. The bigger the better baby! Show us some fingerprints on the finish!
