Probably 2+ years now. It really solved my right shoulder issues...
I have been playing the F30R again, got EJ11s on it, and this is a very easy guitar to play. Short scale, ebony fretboard is a nice touch.
I did remove the pup system it had like 18 months ago while a tad inebriated, and after 2 years, suddenly noticed I forgot to remove the under saddle part of the pup LOL.
So during the string change recently, I plucked out the saddle and pulled out the under saddle stick and loose wire. I knew this move would affect the action...so I did a tiny Truss adjustment (after EJ11s string of course!)
Well, the action is perfect. So perfect for me, I actually put the TRC back on it, in the right direction!
My 9 year old came down last night while I was playing the F30R. She is the one who will most likely be the only guitar player out of the 3 kids. You can just tell. She is learning piano now, but guitar will come later, when she is like 12...I ask her which Guild she wants when she is ready, thinking she will want the BR. She goes, "Oh, I want the little one, it fits me better..."
I told Abby I would set it aside for her when that day arrives.
It's like I cannot get away from the BR. No matter how I try...
