Howdy Marty! I have a CO-1, which I picked up when it was current. Nicely built and wonderful sounding. As Sandy notes, some of the ones out there now might have neck problems, so get a return policy. The one Jay brought to Arlington appears to be still available http://www.gbase.com/powered/geardetail ... em=2698968twocorgis said:Scratch said:Welcome aboard, Marty. Jay Pilzer brought a nice CO-1 to GuitArlington last October, and I enjoyed playing it quite a bit. I guess the problem with the CO-1 is finding one with a good neck set. It probably would be near impossible to find more than one to sample at this point. There's one on eBay right now, and the seller does have a three day return if it's no good.
I for one love Cedar topped guitars, and the nice mellow sound they project.

All of the Marty's I have met were guys. Can't say the same for Jamie's, however.

Welcome....for Rosewood spruce combo the f47 is not too shabby although as a mini jumbo might be a tad large.
I have played and like very much the Taylor 114....great finger picker....love the arch back and the mahogany tone.
My wife's sister is Marty, although her given name is Maryanne, but she's always been Marty for some reason.fronobulax said:All of the Marty's I have met were guys. Can't say the same for Jamie's, however.
