Wow, 80 Huh! I didn't realize he was a War Baby born the same year as my sister. Her birthday was in November.
I watched the Willie Nelson 90th Birthday Celebration last night on CBS. Keith was one of the guest musicians that did a few duets with Willie. Keith looked out of place playing a smaller acoustic guitar and he actually articulated some lyrics into a microphone. He lives the next town to where I live and a few people I know have seen him in the variety store in the center of Weston. The show was entertaining; the duets with George Strait were nice and Willie is still plucking the strings on that old guitar of his..
