I wound up with a mid '80s P-Bass Lyte. It has a working preamp, mahogany body, gold hardware, rosewood fingerboard, etc.
It came with a Tobias 4-latch case, which is Heavy, as in Too Heavy.
So I thought I'd see if anybody knows what Lytes first came with in cases, back in the '80s, and what a good new modern case would be!
I put a similar thread up on Talk Bass today, in case you see it.......
