I can't remember if I've posted about this model before. Anyone ever play one?? I'm somewhat intrigued but don't want to plop down the cash just to check it out. Something just seems wrong to be about an acoustic guitar with an aluminum soundboard but I've been surprised before.

Can't say because I've only seen photos of that model and have yet to find one in "real life". I would think Martin would still sell it if proved to be popular (and economic) model.

I'd still like to try it. If I could find one all-in under $1k I might do it just because.

I will say, I think Martin for the most part typically gets it right. I own/I've owned a lot of them. None were horrible, some were better, sometimes far better, than others.

Curious minds, or at least my curious mind just wants to know what they're all about.

Make a low ball offer and see what seller comes back with. He's already lowered it by $200, maybe offer $7-800 and he'll come down below a grand if he really wants to sell.

Maybe wait until you can find one like this. :)
