Hi All,

Well, I've have these two for about 2 weeks now. I love both of them.

Some background, I have had: Martin, Taylor, Collings, Santa Cruz, Lowden. etc. Many high-end guitars.

These two are as good as I have owned. Great separation, tone, definition, volume, etc. A great balance between Martin and Gibson. Big round notes. Wonderful woods and finishes.

The C0-2c is wonderful for minor key and night playing. The CV-1 is great for more happy and morning playing. (I hope that this makes sense.) The CV-1 is louder and has more presence. The CO-2C has a wonderful blended voice. I had planned to sell one, but now I'm not sure.

The action is fine on both. No neck issues.

Anyway, I thought that I'd report now that I had some good playing time.

Thanks.

pics please.

Oh see my review about the Cv-2C, we talked a lot about these guitars, although my guitar is strangely dark and the volume isn't what I expected, the high end is insufficient for solo playing...but strumming is good!

My experience with CV-1Cs and a CV-2C: I though both had all of what jsped describes, though to my surprise, I heard the 1s(IRW) as being brighter overall than the 2(maple). But I wouldn't personally use the term "dark"- rather, more mellow, perhaps
due to stronger mids. Also, I found the trebles on all very strong - loud and round - all the way up the neck.

That's a great description. For a few seconds I laughed, then I understood where you were going. Makes good sense to an acoustic guitar player.
