I am now the proud owner of a DV-52. Man what a great guitar! I have looked it over carefully and I honestly can't find one single ding or scratch. It's like a brand new guitar and in fact the seller (deucer03) sent the original hang tags. He has taken VERY good care of this beautiful guitar! You just don't see many guitars over 10 year old in this kind of shape. It has to be one of the most prestine Guild DV-52's in existence.
I put a new set of strings on and it sounds fantastic.
Pitures don't do it justice but here theyare

Wow, that is one beauty of a Guild (is that redundant?).
This is a perfect example of GAS satisfied and I, for one, find myself drooling on everyone's behalf. Did you say that I could borrow it for the weekend?

Great score,
Joe

Well, I guess you ended up with the prom queen, congrats on a sweet guitar. She once belonged to me you know. (in my mind   ) I know you'll make a cute couple...enjoy the heck out of her....I think we appreciate the real finer things in life, as we get older...and there are a lot of things to appreciate in a fine instrument....like discovering more music inside yourself through it... all the best Jimistome..all the best....Steffan

That's a nice one, man.

Play it in good health, and start saving for the next Guild.

That is one gorgeous Guild. The former owner must be a little anal with his posessions.I'm sure you will get much more use out of it than I did.Enjoy!

Well Mike, I had to let the wife wrap it up for Christmas after I restrung it....that was the deal we made. :(

I'm Jonesin' bad...
I wonder if I can unwrap it when she is out ...play it awhile...and then rewrap it before she gets back without her knowing?
(I got good at that as a kid but it's been a long time ago)

By the way... I have a digital alarm clock from Brookstone that lights up when you tilt it a little. It's called "Jimi Rocks."
