Sincere condolences.

I've been trying to put myself in your shoes. Mama ' Strang is doing phenomenally well, but, I mean, she is 96. She makes it look like she can and will go on forever, but....

It's going to be so tough I don't even want to think about it.

I am so sorry.

My most heartfelt condolences, Jim. A particularly painful loss with which many
of us are familiar.

Take care of your self, I'm sure it's what your Mom would want you to do!

Sorry for your loss, Jim.
My parents are both in their eighties and I dread the day that I loose them.
My Dad is my best friend.

Enjoy all the memories that you have and celebrate their lives.

We just got back from a couple weeks of camping so I just read the news. I'm praying for you and your family to be comforted by the Holy Spirit at this time of great loss. Your mom is finally and completely healed now.

My sincere sympathies, Jim.
I first saw this thread the day I got back from making a spur of the moment trip North for my Father's funeral. Someone asked the other day if I lost him; I replied we don't consider him lost, we know where he is. Thirty-seven years ago, at the age of 51, he achieved a life long dream by becoming ordained as a minister, so he, also, is where he lived to go home to.

I'm sorry Jim....truly. I lost my mom about 7 years ago and remember every detail like it happened yesterday. Mine had had a stroke and had lost much of the use of her arm.......we worked and worked as the therapists had given me exersizes to work with her. Over about a month long span, she regained the use of her arm.........and I couldn't have been more ecstatic. She was finally released from the hospital, then bam, a week later she had a massive stroke......gone.

I feel your pain brother. Hang in there.
