And what's with the 2 slightly different serial numbers? Any ideas?

Welcome to LTG!
There are many here that know more about SNs than I, but your (very pretty!) F-30 was made after the last AI SN from 1969, during a period of transition to a new numbering system. I'd guess that is a '69 or '70... @hansmoust would be able to give the authoritative answer. Likewise, it was built in the transition period from the Hoboken factory to Westerly. Despite the Hoboken label, I'd guess it was built in Westerly (Guild continued to use Hoboken labels on Westerly-built guitars). Again, Hans could tell you for certain...

Welcome to LTG! It is a 1970 made guitar as AI2554 was the last 1969 serial number. "AI" is the correct prefix for a F-30 from 1965 till 1970. The "AH" prefix stamped on the headstock for sure was an error by the person who stamped the number. Such things happened. "AH" was shortly used in 1965 on some M-20 3/4 models. (EDIT: See Hans' post below!) As mentioned by GardMan, I'm sure Hans can give you more info if that is not correct what we said.

Hello canobeans,

Your Guild F-30NT is indeed from 1970 and was completed in the Westerly, RI location. The stamped serial number starting with AH was a mistake. The AH serial number prefix was used for the model M-20 from 1965-1970.

Sincerely,

Hans Moust

I wasn't sure what to expect when I joined LTG hoping to learn about my F30, but wow! I am completely blown away by all of your extensive knowledge and kind willingness to share. Thank you all so much!

I picked this up in 2015. It belonged to the father of a friend of mine who was the original owner. I believe the case is original, with label on the inside that reads "Ess & Ess Quality Cases, Brooklyn, NY". This case smells like an old barn and is wondrously intoxicating. The tuners were replaced at some point with Grovers, and the original screw holes were filled in. My plan at this point is to replace the saddle and install a pickup. Probably an Anthem. The nut is in good shape and looks pleasantly aged (is it plastic, bone, or synth?). Do you guys have any recommendations regarding upgrades or modifications that I may want to consider?

Love it! Personally, I wouldn't change anything except maybe the nut and saddle to bone, if they're not already bone. (Hard to tell without being in hand.) Maybe go to a quality open gear tuner, but there's nothing wrong with the Grovers on it now.
Just maintain and play.
Perfect body shape and size for all types of playing. Not too big for sit back intimate playing, not to small to put out the sound.
