New Convert To Guild

My good brother, Wes (our drummer from the Celebrate Recovery Band), one of my students showed up tonight with his wonderful and extremely nice sounding Taylor and the first thing he noticed was that I had a different case. He's been dying to see the guitar. He checked it over and played one big E chord, looked at me and said... I want one. This thing is amazing!

All ya gotta do is play a good Guild once and you're done looking for a great acoustic guitar. And believe me when I tell ya... this guy is guthooked

I've got one nice Taylor, but only keep it for personal sentimental reasons; but my Guilds are always the "go to" guitars.

Tried my Guild F412 and my wife saw the look in my eyes. She said get it. The tone and intonation are amazing for a 12 string.

That’s fantastic, and I know the same feeling. When I first got my hands on a Guild, seemed like it made me a better player instantly, the tones I was producing and hearing was like where is this coming from? I sound amazing! And then I looked back down at it I’m like man what a gorgeous instrument to boot, I should buy this. Honestly, I’ve been crazy hooked since. Seems like now that you ignited the GAS, it’s your duty to enable him and send him on a spending spree .

Oh and it was my D46 that enamored me and sucked me in, the ash b&s was mesmerizing

Well...he liked the G37 so much he's gonna buy a maple Guild Archback, most likely a Jumbo. As my buddy, Wilmywood, says...he drank the maple archback Kool-Aid.

Don’t forget to remind him that jumbo maple arch backs with 12 strings is double the gloriousness so he might want to look at those while he’s searching.

Buyer beware. I once owned a very thin and bright F 40. Materials do not translate guitar to guitar.
