Other than the thread from when these came out, I can't recall seeing anyone comment that they actually bought one. I don't think I'd pay $1800 for a new one, but if a used one popped up, I might be tempted. I actually prefer the sound of these "Dynasonics" and would be interested in hearing how they sound in a semi-hollow. I did see the video they posted online, but more interested in the thoughts of the folks on here.

I haven't played that model yet, but instead of spending money on another guitar, I'm thinking about converting my SF-VI from the LB-1s to Dynasonics. It won't look quite as nice as the factory one, but I like the natural flame maple finish better than the metallic green.

Of course, if Sweetwater decides to blow them out like they've done with the X-175/X-350, I would likely reconsider. :)

Yes, the blondes always look great. Wonder if a pair of T-Armonds would drop into the LB-1 rout?
