Ah! Now all makes sense with the 16th fret neck to body joint...:smile:
I went by the sellers description without researching or verifying. He purchased it new in '67, so he assumed (like most do) that the guitar was a '67. The guitar still has the hang tags and original receipt.

What a beautiful guitar. Its got the wow factor going for it. I just wish i could play the dam thing. The neck is way to skinny for that many strings. I'm all thumbs.

Nice looking guitar - amazingly clean and awesomely red. I don't know the right term but the "neck extension" - the last little bit fingerboard that isn't touching the body - is that how it was done on specific models or years ? My 1696 Starfire IV does not have that and I noticed the NS Starfires do.

My 303ST does have it

I am currently in violation to the number of guitars i am suppose to own.

well if u need to unload any more 1965 one-owner minty Jetstars for 500 bucks... my mailing address has not changed.

This guitar is on the trading block.. not really interested in selling it yet. Interested in other vintage Guild electrics (solid, semi hollow, hollow), Nightbirds, others... let me know what ya got.
