I purchased this guitar a few weeks back, just getting around to posting now. The seller thought it was a '69 but I checked with Hans and he said it was a 1970.
Must have been one of the last Starfires to get the antihums. Anyway, it's my first guitar with the antihum humbuckers (my '64 Starfire II has Gibson patent number pickups on it - previous owner did that) and I LOVE the sound. Really bright and sparkly, unlike anything I've come across before. The guitar is wonderful too, great neck, nice weight and lovely to look at - a keeper for sure! Loving it.
