Yeah, I don't think I've ever seen a mid-late 70s for sale. Ever. Los Angeles has all of them.

Actually Ralf I think this thing is yellow because of years of tar and nicotine build up. It absolutely reeked of cigarettes when I first got it. I could probably set it on fire and make lots of smokers happy for days. It's much better now but at first it really stunk.

Yes it did, what did you do to remove the stink. My white 94 s100 reeks as well.

btw if you ever want to sell, id buy her back. That yellowing is absolutely awesome.

Just time. I just picked it up and stuck my nose to it and you can still smell the cigs but not while playing it like it was before. I love the yellowing too, it looks kind of TV yellow. I had the binding fixed locally, but the guy didn't do a very good job. I should have sent it to Fixit. The high E had a buzz that was fixed with a nut fill but it's returned. When I get some extra cash it's going south for a full binding repair and new nut, maybe a set of HB-1's. You've got dibs but I wouldn't hold my breath, I love this guitar! Soon I'll be looking for a Starfire, so...
