All I could say is that, this Bluesbird is a bigtime blues/rocker! The pots are 500k and the phase switch (I think) has been changed. Weighing at 8.2 lbs! I'm very pleased with it! And it's my Les Paul killer! No pun intended. here are some fun facts about the M-75 Bluesbirds!

Great Googly Moogly! That thing is so sweet I wish I owned it. You were right to wait for the Guild knobs. Maximum sunburstness and Guild Goodness!

Gotta love it when everything comes together like this! What a beauty. Really digging the burst, it is even prettier than it looked in the Emerald City pics! Enjoy it, Tristan! And I'll go ahead and call dibs in case you ever decide to sell it!

It was new Guild day for me yesterday too, kinda...here's what the shirts look like

Mojo, we're going to have to arm wrestle for dibs on that one, because it has the three things I look for in a guitar -- it's a sunburst, it's a '73 and it's a Guild!

Oh, and were did you get that shirt?

Treem, I'm not a big fan of gold hardware, but on that M-75 I think it looks great. Along with Qvart's '77 sunburst S-100, those are the two best-looking bursts I have laid eyes on.

Form the "fun facts about M-75s" article: All of the M-75 series guitars are worth a look. They offer all of the craftsmanship, beauty, and musicality that you could ask for.

Amen to that!

Re: NGG: a 1973 M-75 GS BLUESBIRD SUNBURST ALERT!!!!!!

Hola GAD - The neck is not chunky of a neck as my S-100 and as skinny as the neck on my SF4. But I love the neck on my Starfire and this is #2.

Thanks man! 8)
