Everything seems to be fine. Theres are a few light marks in the finish (hard to photo).

Not much wear on the pickguard, a few marks is all.

D-TAR Wave Length works fine.

Saddle doesn't look like it's been changed from the factory. No lifting on the bridge.

Rosewood fretboard looks good. Slight fret wear on the second fret from the B string. Neck looks good.
There are a couple of small bumps on the binding. Hard to see, but I can feel them. Minor wear for a 12-year-old guitar.
Case is in good shape. No wear at all to speak of.
So, I'm very happy. Even with the old strings it has a big sound. Definiately a strummer and flatpicker.
Could use a set-up from my tech, but that's all. I think I'll keep it.
My first rosewood. I'll post a video soon.

Looks great Gary, congrats! I've had very good luck buying used from GC, and still own a few.

How interesting to have rosewood fretboard on a D50. Very cool. Nice smooth cutaway too! Congratulations! I bet it has a big sound.

That's a nice one, congrats! I'm surprised it doesn't have Chesterfield inlay on the headstock.

I used to have one of these and it was a superb Guild. I sold it to another LTG member. I think he still has it and for sure he loved it as did I. Another one I at times find myself wishing I still had but oh well. This has got to be one of the best values out there as far as Guild RW Dreads go. Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, the Standard Series from New Hartford 2011-2013 (D-40, D-40CE, D-50, D-50CE, F-30, F-30CE, F-30R, F-30RCE, F-50, F-50CE, F-212XL, & F-212XLCE) was a more affordable series than the Traditional Series. Sitka Spruce top instead of Red Spruce top, Rosewood fingerboard & bridge instead of Ebony, and Guild peaked logo inlay instead of Chesterfield.
Others may have more information about the Standard Series. And as always, we don't know the exact number of Standard Series produced.

Dang. I keep forgetting about the differences between Standard series versus the Traditional series.

Nice score! She is a beauty. It looks like that top has some nice silking, as does my NH F30ce Std and the prior ones I’ve owned. NH had some very, very good quality wood. The Standard series might not have the upgraded appointments of the Traditional, but they certainly have the goods where it counts the most.

I agree, Mikey. NH had some quality wood. My NH F-30CE STD Sitka top has some nice silking too.
