Interesting project you have there GB. I don't think I've ever seen or heard of a Doric before. Interested to hear about your results after fine guidance by el capitan. Having the large closed cab gives you lots of possibilities.

Yeah, I think I'll sink some time and a little bit of money into this amp, because working with it has been fun this past week, and I've gotten a bit attached to its obscurity. Plus, it's my only closed back cab and there is a lot of space in there for a 6v6 single speaker. I'm buying the Captain's Jensen, so I'll have a nice period speaker in there to match. I should have it all complete within a week and a half or so, and I'll be happy to share my results.
