Not if you tape buttered toast to the cat's back. Sucker will spin like a turbine

Came home after a day away to find one spinning like that with it's paw stuck up under it's flea collar. Unhooked him, he took off like a bat out of hades... used to love the little buggers, just too much trouble one way or another.
