Went to a kitchen jam last night. About half the songs were Tom's. There were lots of beers & lots of tears.

Thanks Brad, the man was quite the storyteller in song, along the lines of Woody......but the stompin' part refers to the piece of plywood that he always used, because his stompin' boot would have, and has damaged the wood of the stage....  This is old school raw talent folks, have a listen, the passing of an era in a way.....I'm sure Tom and Ramblin' Jack Elliot must have been pretty good friends. Steffan

Oh, and go in to about 8 minutes in watch this 14 year old fiddle player using a toy broom. a baseball bat and a wooden coat hanger to play his fiddle....I ain't ever seen nothin' like it.....
