My dad, R.I.P would have been 91 this year. He was in an Army Quartermaster Supply unit, landed at Normandy, ended up in Germany, help liberate a Nazi death camp. Men of steel, they were. Actually, most of them were just kids.

Thanks Bing, lots of these men died without telling their stories, and its hard, no impossible to imaging having walked in their shoes, unless you've walked in their shoes....Steffan
