Currently, the price of gold is very high, so recently my wife and I rooted around and came up with a pile of old necklaces, bracelets, broken rings, earings, charms, and odd & ends of scrap gold which I took to a jeweller friend.
I received $1,650.00 for a bunch of stuff that was just taking up space in a couple of drawers.
