It came today. It's big. :worked_till_5am:

One of the filament feeds wouldn't work so I had to take it apart to figure out what was up with that, but I got it running. Did some calibrations, and went right to my first real test.

It won't exactly be replacing the real thing any time soon, but this whole journey started because I had the idea of making replacement Guild switch tips and ended up making the 3D model a couple of weeks ago.

My measurements were slightly off especially on the bottom, but the hole is the right depth and if I fix the diameter is should thread just fine.

Perhaps a pointless exercise, but it was fun. Not quite the same thing as turning brass on a lathe, but dammit I made a thing! BTW it took 14 minutes to print that little thing. 3D printing is SLLOOOWWWW

Unfortunately, I think to print the guitars I'm interested in, I'd need a bigger printer. I'm thinking about it. :)
