This headstock caught my eye...

Was at the clinic yesterday, waiting for a CT scan and consuming the delicious contrast agent, when a magazine cover caught my eye. Thought I saw a Guild headstock - turns out to be a story about a guitarist, Billy McLaughlin, who had focal dystonia. A closer look revealed that it was NOT a Guild logo, but this:

Question is, is that a Guild under there? He obviously made his logo to look LIKE a Guild logo. Pretty clever, I thought!

JF-55 I'd bet. I wonder if Guild did that customizing for him. Definite saddle/bridge re-work for lefty intonation...

My word; learning to play lefty after playing righty your whole life... that's an impressive accomplishement.

Think Guild will make me a Chazmo headstock for my F-212XL Std?

The photo on the cover of the magazine was taken in better light, and you can kind of see the outline of the decal for the new logo. Looked like a sticker.
