It is cool. The guy must have spent a fair bit of time getting that act down and he pulled it off pretty well. If Ed Sullivan were still around, Mr. Riffs would go on before Topo Gigio. :lol:
There were 3-4 I'd never heard, 5 or 6 I've heard but am not real familiar with. It was a history of rock music, in chronological order from the '50s to present. That would be my lifetime. :shock:
I've heard almost all of them. I was surprised at some of the choices given the abundance of materiel to choose from. Maybe his choices were made in part for segue-ability? Overall well planned out and well played. Must have had a modeling amp all preset with the necessary tones. Gotta give him credit, I don't think I can play anything for 12 minutes straight without hitting a sour note!
I agree - the length of that was impressive, and it did not seem as though he was looking at any kind of notes (although you could not see his eyes very often).
