Thunderbird - Please help !

Does anyone out there have the smaller, single-slider switchplate for a 60's Thunderbird ??? It's the last and only thing I need for my project !

If not... can someone supply the dimensions so I can have something fabricated? Because it's not countersunk into the pickguard, like the tri-switch panel, there is no way to get the exact size.

Any help would be appreciated... really!

The edges are rounded. Length = 2" (two) X Width = 5/8" (five eighths)
