I was in small, independent shop today and much to my surprise they had a Hoboken built Troubadour for sale. Don't remember the serial #. A sweet little guitar in spite of some "issues". The action was pretty high, saddle almost flush with the bridge so a neck reset was way over due. Neck also had a bit of a curve, beyond the normal relief. In spite of all that she sounded pretty darn good. Sweet, albeit rather quiet sound. I'm sure she'd develop a bit more oomph with a proper saddle and neck angle. $1,300 which I thought was rather high. In perfect shape, maybe.
Never had a Hoboken built Guild in my hands before so that was cool :!:
