Can someone remind me of all the different Guild models that this style of Kolb tuner appeared on and from what year to what year? Thanks.

I’m sure others will know more but I’ve only seen them on guitars marked “Special”.

First available on "Special" guitars c. 1960, I think. Not sure how long they lasted, but I don't think I've ever seen them past '63 or '64.

Usually fitted to the top tier models, X-175, X-500, A-350, A-500, but as GAD noted also by special order (labels usually marked Special or Spec). At the risk of getting Hans'd I'm going to say they were used from about 1958 to 1966.
