Not to be outdone (even though I already have)... casa Chaz (in MA):

Had some tree work done on the far side of the lawn here this year, so it looks a little rough there... :) Not that I'm making excuses or anything! :D :D

Says the guy with 3 Collings!! 🤣

Are you on septic?
Probably $12,000-$15,000 to drill a well, install the pump/motor, run the wiring, and run the PVC Effin. And honestly, we'd only need it 2-3 months out of the year. I can play the Collings year round.😊 Yes sir, aerobic system.

Lol, I hear you. Grass is seriously overrated! Our previous owner bit the bullet on our well.

I'll bet you're on septic, but some water companies on sewer will install an irrigation meter so at least you don't incur a sewage charge when you water.

That's exactly what I'm planning to have done at my house, Effin. Right now, sewer charges are ridiculous for me -- same reason.

Hey, Effin, what state are you in?

Beautiful home (and lawn).
Thanks, we're in the Florida panhandle outside of Pensacola. My lawn is a little weedy but it mows green. It got aerated this spring and one bag of Scott's turf builder. The back is ratty in spots but good enough for the dog. The only chemicals I use is a little roundup on the concrete and fire ant poison. Fire ants must die.

Well, you can't kill them but you can drive them into the neighbors yard!

Our system does that Effin, back in the back of the property, but the sprinkler heads only cover say the far back half acre. Our lot it 3 1/2 acres total🤷‍♂️.:)
