Hello Everyone, i have Guild Starfire iii Reissue ,im happy with it
recently im looking for Vintage guild starfire ii
and i found this in Reverb

As i know, Only 199x Fender made guild starfire ii / iii have this Body Shape only , right? even i google 196x 197x starfire ii never have this shape, and only Fender Remake have..
so i try to Message him
and he reply as the photo show

please let me know if im Wrong, i never know 197x Guild starfire have this Body shape

That does look like a 1970's Starfire - I don't know if it's 1976 exactly - I'd have to consult "the book" for that and I'm not home.

Hello Sethseth,

Welcome! That particular Guild Starfire II was completed during the year 1976 and it completely conforms to the specs for that particular period with the exception of the toggle switch tip, which should be metal. The change of the body shape took place earlier during the early '70s.
