Here's a pic from FB user Jerry Hogerson who also posted "I was the CA Guild sales rep back in the 80s. Here's a pic from Westerly. I have lots more."

Water marks from the press too.

Wow. I don't think I've ever seen so many kerfing clamps! There must be close to 1000 of them in that picture alone. I'll bet this woman had a firm handshake! :) Great, pic, James!

More likely he has a few of those 20ish or so guitar bodies just lying on the floor drying out. :D :D

Actually, almost certainly, the kerfing worker pictured was given that by Guild. Probably there are a few of these floating around somewhere.

Appearently I bought this version a 2-3 years ago with some other swag, but I don’t remember where I put it. Looks more like a NH era apron.
Are you sure it is a orignal factory apron? The logo looks wrong to me. Could be a reprint?
EDIT: See Hans' post #21.

I am not sure. It could be a knock off. I just did a google search and found this…

However, mine has the “We build quality” slogan

I found the seller I bought it from. They were unloading a ton of Fender swag in 2021 and had a few Guild pieces. Must have been an employee or dealer perhaps. That leads me to think this is a likely legit Guild apron. Looks like Richard P and GAD also grabbed a couple items from that seller.

There is another picture of her glueing and clamping the Kerfing to the sides on the westerlyguildguitars.com page, but in very low resolution only
I wonder how long this lady worked at Guild? I'm curious to know if she clamped any of my guitars : ) Like Charlie said, she must have had an iron handshake. A Guild legend!
