Good question! All I can make out is the pickguard, which sure looks like a Guild, but there's never any close enough shots of the guy.

At 0:09 you see the headstock, it's either a D-40 or D-50. At 2:28 you see the full guitar. Looking at the rosette it looks more like a D-50 to me, but it's tough to see in that low resolution.
