Tonight's dinner...homemade meatballs and sauce. Not bad...

Our favorite eat out joint...Vietnamese Pho...beef broth and rice noodles with thinly sliced round steak and all the trimmings. If you've never tried Pho, it's a must. I love this stuff.

Don't have a photo, but I love to make guacamole too. Wrap 1/2 slices of thick-sliced cooked bacon around a spoonful of guacamole for bite-size appetizers that will disappear quickly!

I had a ribeye with sauteed 'shrooms and sweet potato fries along with a spinach salad. I should have taken a photo, it was a beauty!
