Practice, the playing of the same things everyday until you get better, it really works, and as pointed out, it can change the world.

Practice - for me - is even more powerful when you stop looking at the neck and visualize the chord changes in your mind palace.

I wish I had a mind palace. I think mine is more or less a bungalow.

While the old adage says "Practice makes perfect", it was improved many years ago by Roger Neilson, who coached in the National Hockey League.
He said, Practice doesn't make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect."
And there is a world of difference between the two.
