looks like a nice one, other than the book matched neck cracks from over-tightening the twin truss rods.
I could be wrong but my memory is that the only permanent fix for that is a new neck, basically makes the guitar write-off or a "project" because where are you going to find a good neck without buying a whole 'nother project guitar.....The neck cracks are fairly common. Don't rule it out just over that. Agreed with Wood though; $1195 is too high.
